For the 2023 Conference, we will once again use the virtual forum platform Discord to add another dimension to the Conference. The idea is to increase familiarity with and discuss Agenda Items, suggest friendly amendments, and even pose new potential motions from the floor!

Discord is a technology which facilitates topic discussions and private messaging, as well as voice and video calls. An email is automatically sent upon registering for the Conference, this email contains the link to join Discord.

As soon as you are connected, please follow the directions which will take you through our forum rules. Conference participants will need to send a message to one of the moderators in order to gain full access to the agenda section of the forum. The moderators will appear on the right side of your window at the top of the user list. Please send one of us the name you used to register for the Conference. Please change your Display Name on the Conference server to the name you used to register for the Conference (e.g. Mary J. – D42 – Observer).

To minimize distraction, the Conference Discord forum will be read-only during the duration of Conference sessions, but will be open for participation before/after business and during breaks.
